ABOUT US
Alpaca Southern started with a love of alpacas discovered in the Middle East, an entrepreneurial spirit, some family land, and a CarMax commercial of an alpaca out the sunroof.

My husband and I started our little alpaca farm May 2022. We love our farm in our corner of South Carolina and have been amazed to watch it grow so quickly. We were able to share our love of alpacas with the public through the ups and downs. So many friends and opportunities have come through sharing our sweet alpacas, and we couldn't be more thankful for everyone that has enjoyed them with us.
In 2023, our farm experienced devastating losses. We lost our herd of alpacas and our entire business. With the support of our friends, family, and community - we decided to restart Alpaca Southern in November 2023 with a brand new herd of alpaca boys and new ideas!
